Colorful Vegan Summer Salad


Hey friends :P,

whats up?.....nothing....ok, I get it.....

today, obviously, I got something really yummy and tasty for you.
You guessed it, by the title, it's a healthy vegan summer salad. One bowl fills you up many hours and of course its very good for you because of the veggies, beans and peas. You can also eat more bowls like I did and not feel guilty ;)...

 Ok, enogh information, let's get started!




1. Put the beans and peas out of the tin and wash them in a sieve.



2. You need a 1/2 cucumber and about 10-15 cherry tomatoes. Wash and cut all the veggies, tomatoes in half and the cucumber in one forth.



3. Then take 1/2 avocado and cut it in middle sized pieces. It has a lot of healthy fats, which your body needs!



4. Wash your slettuce gently. I prefer lam's lettuce but of course you can take a other sort of lettuce.



5. Now mix all the veggies with the the beans, peas and lettuce in a big bowl. Finish it of with 2-3 teaspoons of olive oil and your favorite salad dressing herbs.



Now you can enjoy your finished healthy vegan summer salad! For a big meal you can eat it with some bread or baguette. I love eating garlic baguette with it, by the way ;)

*You can also use lots of other veggies or dressings with it and put chicken slices or tofu in it!
